There is nothing quite like waking up in the Sahara. The light is different here. The silence has a texture. And the dunes — rising 150 metres above the desert floor at Erg Chebbi — shift colour from pale gold to deep amber to violet as the day moves.
Sahara Dunes Camp is a small, family-run luxury camp built at the edge of those dunes, outside Merzouga in southern Morocco. We offer a handful of handcrafted Berber tents — each with a real bed, a private hot shower, and décor that reflects the heritage of the region. Every stay is all-inclusive: dinner, breakfast, camel or 4×4 transfer, campfire music, and the kind of hospitality that only a local-run camp can offer.
We keep the camp intentionally small. Because the Sahara deserves your full attention — and so do you.

Most guests arrive via Errachidia Airport (1.5 hours) or take a tour from Fes/Marrakech. We offer private transfers from Rissani and Merzouga.
Spring (March-May) and Autumn (September-November) offer pleasant temperatures. Summer is very hot (40°C+), winter nights can be cold (near 0°C). All seasons are beautiful!
Yes! All tents have private en-suite bathrooms with hot showers, toilet, and sink. We maintain high cleanliness standards for international guests.
